Kundalini Yoga is a form of yoga working on our energetic body. It clears, resets, and revitalizes our energetic body, as well as strengthening our breath and physical body. Kundalini is said to be energy in the form of a serpent that is coiled around our root chakra. The mantra “sat nam” approximately means “I am truth.” Throughout class, focus on your depth of breath and use the repetitive movement as a meditation. The exercises used in this kriya (yoga set) increase your joy, peace, tranquility, and ability to help others.
Sequencing inspiration from my mentor Lindsey White.
